Summary
Mobilisation to site of all plant, equipment and personnel,
- Erect temporary works around crane as required,
- Demolish and remove damaged sections of the wall retaining existing reinforcement to be used as starter bars as agreed with the Engineer.
- Scabble concrete surface of remaining wall
- Treat steel beam
- Install 16mm post installed rebars chemically fixed with Hilti Hit-HY200 into side walls
- Install 12mm post installed rebars chemically fixed with Hilti Hit-HY200 into existing draft tube splitter wall
- Place reinforcement
- Erect shuttering
- Pour C40/50 concrete
- Fabricate steel capping
- Install steel capping on top of steel beam.
- Fill steel capping with concrete
